Joker4d Terms & Conditions – User Guidelines for Malaysia

1General Terms & User Eligibility

The joker4d platform provides online betting and casino services to users in Malaysia. By accessing or using any part of the joker4d platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

To use joker4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout continued use
• Is a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding contract
• Not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any court-imposed restrictions
• Using the joker4d platform for personal use only and not for commercial or third-party purposes
• Not acting as an agent, representative, or reseller for any other party

Joker4d reserves the right to verify any user's eligibility at any time by requesting valid identification documents. If a user fails to prove eligibility or provides false information, joker4d reserves the right to suspend or close the account immediately.

2Registration & Account Management

Each joker4d user is only permitted to register and hold one account only. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited. joker4d employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, and all associated accounts will be closed immediately upon detection of fraud.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your Malaysian identification document (MyKad/Passport)
• Using an active Malaysian phone number that belongs to you
• Providing a valid and accessible email address
• Creating a strong password and keeping it confidential from all other parties
• Updating your account information whenever your personal details change

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your joker4d account. joker4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by third parties due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact joker4d support immediately.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before joker4d processes your first withdrawal or when transaction amounts reach a certain threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad or passport, and proof of address dated within the last three months. This process is in place to safeguard your account security and comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

3Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Joker4d supports a wide range of popular digital payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted channels. Accepted payment methods and transaction limits are as follows:

The minimum withdrawal is RM20 per transaction. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances requiring additional approval from the joker4d team. joker4d does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals in most cases — however, third-party payment providers may impose charges beyond our control.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same name as your joker4d account. 4Bonus & Promotions Terms

Joker4d offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. The following general guidelines apply to all joker4d bonuses:

• First Deposit Bonus: Available to new members making their first deposit only. Each user is entitled to claim this bonus once only.
• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses are subject to the stated rollover requirements — typically between 8x and 20x the bonus value depending on the type of promotion. Winnings may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirements are fully met.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within this period will expire automatically without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: Creating multiple accounts, circumventing rollover requirements through opposing bets, or using any other method to abuse the bonus system is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Weekly Rebate: Calculated based on net losses over the stated period and credited every Monday. Rebates may be withdrawn without rollover requirements unless otherwise stated.

Joker4d reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend any promotion at any time. Any changes will be published on the joker4d platform and take effect immediately. joker4d's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and binding.

5Game Rules

All games available on the joker4d platform — including live casino, slots, blackjack, Sports Betting, progressive jackpots, and e-sports — are operated in accordance with transparent industry-standard regulations. The following core principles apply to all joker4d games:

• Game Fairness: All digital casino games use an independently audited and certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Every spin is entirely random and free from external influence.
• Sports Betting: All confirmed bets are final. Bet cancellations are only permitted under circumstances specifically outlined in joker4d's betting rules, such as matches that are cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live matches are subject to real-time odds availability. joker4d reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance during critical match situations to prevent misuse of information.

• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, joker4d reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the player.

Joker4d also prohibits the use of any third-party software, automated bots, or other methods that provide an unfair advantage in any game. Accounts found to be using such methods will be closed immediately and all associated winnings will be voided.

• The user is found to be operating more than one account
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is found
• The user uses bots, automated software, or other unauthorized methods in gameplay
• User found to be under 18 years of age
• The user violates any of the terms set out in this document

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, joker4d reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Users who voluntarily close their account for legitimate reasons are entitled to withdraw their remaining balance once the verification process is complete.

You may also close your joker4d account at any time by contacting our support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once the final review is completed.

9Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The joker4d platform is provided "as is" and "as available". joker4d makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, suitability, or completeness of the platform for any particular purpose. Specifically:

• Joker4d does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times
• Joker4d is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or cyberattacks beyond our control
• Joker4d is not responsible for betting outcomes or financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform
• Joker4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform

Betting involves the risk of financial loss. Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. joker4d encourages all users to bet responsibly and within their personal financial means.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the joker4d platform will be resolved through the process established by joker4d management, and the decision shall be final and binding on all parties involved.
